Peter Browne was born in Liverpool but has lived in the Widnes area for 40 years.
He spent his early life as a Farm Manager and for the last 20 years up to retirement in 2003 worked in the financial services industry.
He is a Company Director and a Governor in three Primary Schools. He is a past Warden of St Michaels Church Hough Green and was closely involved in the building of the joint Church of St Basils and all Saints.
He is a family man with two daughters and five grandchildren; he is the current Chairman of Halton Conservative Association
