Phil has been representing the people of Farnworth on Halton Council for
over 5 years.
In that time he has tackled a number of issues within the community including youth nuisence, fighting the reduction of green spaces,
traffic calming and illegal parking.
He has also sat on the Standards Committee and is a current member of both the Regulatory Committee -
dealing with licencing across the borough - and the Children & Young People
Policy Performance Board.
Phil lives in Farnworth with his wife Paula and their two children and is a
passionate LFC supporter and golf enthusiast.
